About Shlomo
Music has been a part of Shlomo Golombeck’s life from the very beginning. Starting at age 10, Shlomo began performing at concerts and events and spent several years as a member of the renowned Miami Boys Choir and Miami Alumni. His passion for music, performance, and creating memorable experiences has shaped his career ever since.
Based in Clifton, NJ, DJ Shlomo founded and leads Shlomo Golombeck Entertainment, bringing energy, professionalism, and a unique musical approach to weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, corporate events, and private celebrations throughout the United States and beyond.
Over the years, Shlomo has performed at some of the most recognizable venues and events, including Times Square, American Dream, the Bellagio in Las Vegas, Lincoln Financial Field, Camp Simcha, and Baha Mar Resort. He performs annually at the Israel Day Parade with New York Governor Kathy Hochul and frequently travels across the country for events.
Today, Shlomo specializes in high-energy DJ experiences that combine expertly curated music, live vocals, and cutting-edge production. Working alongside top event planners, bands, and entertainment companies, he helps create seamless, elevated events featuring professional sound, lighting, special effects, and custom entertainment experiences.
As a vocalist and musician, Shlomo has shared the stage with many of the biggest names in Jewish music, including Mordechai Ben David, Benny Friedman, Yaakov Shwekey, Gad Elbaz, Mordechai Shapiro, and Gelf. He continues to perform regularly with leading artists and musicians throughout the Jewish music world.
In addition to live performances, Shlomo has released original music and recordings available worldwide on streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, and 24Six. His music reflects his passion for bringing people together through song, whether on stage, at events, or through a personal listening experience.
Beyond events, Shlomo is passionate about developing the next generation of musicians. He teaches piano and guitar, creates educational music resources, and provides music programming for Jewish schools throughout New York and New Jersey. He has also spent years leading musical experiences for Shabbos and Yom Tov programs, bringing communities together through song and inspiration.
