Once we receive your signed contract and deposit, we'll send you a detailed planning questionnaire covering your event timeline, processional, song selections, special requests, and any specific minhagim or traditions you'd like us to incorporate. We'll work closely with you throughout the planning process to ensure every detail is covered before your big day.

We do both. Every playlist is customized to your preferences, whether you want all Hebrew music, a mix of Hebrew and secular music, or primarily contemporary hits. We also respect each family's customs and comfort level, ensuring the music is appropriate for your celebration and guests.

For events where we're on-site for several hours, we kindly ask that vendor meals be provided. Whenever possible, we request to be served at the same time as your guests so we're ready to go when the next part of the celebration begins.
